We have been notified by O2 that this incident has been resolved, however O2 engineers have advised that whilst initial post checks confirmed services are now restored they are monitoring to ensure service stability.

Investigating
We have received several reports of O2 service issues this morning and the network have confirmed a major fault case is open. So far they have advised that there is a non-region-specific issue with 2G, 3G, 4G & 5G.
